Reservations

While we accept reservations at any time pending availability, we suggest that you make reservations for your wedding transportation at least six months in advance, earlier for a specific classic car as these are one-of-a-kind vehicles. We take reservations up to two years in advance and as late as the week of the wedding pending availability.
 
To place a reservation, a completed reservation contract and deposit of $200 per vehicle is required. We accept electronic payment through the Clear Exchange Network, including Chase Quick Pay and Zelle with no fee. We also accept credit cards with a 5% convenience fee, personal check or money order for deposit with a signed reservation contract.

1. Click the gold link above to download & open the file on your computer
2. At the top of the screen click on “File"
3. Select Print to print the file
4. Fill out the document using a black or blue pen
5. Mail completed form and check or money order for $200 per vehicle to the address on the contract.

1. Click the gold link next to “Online PDF form registration".
2. File will open on your screen. Go to the "File" pulldown menu and select “Save as or Save Page as" the file to your desktop.
3. Go to your desktop and double-click on the saved file "CWC-interactive-form" to open the pdf in Adobe. Fill in pdf in Adobe Software, NOT IN YOUR BROWSER WINDOW.
4. Once open, click on the form to fill out the form fields in the open file.
You can tab between fields.
5. SAVE file.
6. Go to email, attach saved PDF file, send to Sarah@ClassicWeddingCar.com
 
Submit deposit of $200 per vehicle:
1. Send Chase Quick Pay to Sarah@ClassicWeddingCar.com
Clients who bank with one of the participant banks of the clearXchange network no longer need to sign up with Chase QuickPay; instead they send/ receive money from their own bank's online or mobile banking service OR
2. Complete the attached Credit Card form: cc-authorization.doc and return via email: Sarah@ClassicWeddingCar.com or fax it to: 847-301-7552. OR
3. Mail Check to:
