DEPOSIT - A deposit of $200 or more per vehicle is required. In order to provide the widest variety and highest quality of unique and classic vehicles, Classic Wedding Car may contract with and utilize various independent owner-operators. As a result of this effort, deposit requirements and amenities may vary.
Trolleys, minibuses, limousines and charter buses require payment in full two weeks prior to service and an additional deposit against overtime and cleaning may be required. For our other vehicles, you may pay the balance up to 10 days in advance by personal check. If you wish to pay on the day of service, we require cash, cashier's check or money order.

NO PERSONAL CHECKS ON THE DAY OF SERVICE
It must be recognized that the classic Rolls Royce, Bentley and Classic American motorcars are both unique AND antique vehicles. Because of this, Classic Wedding Car reserves the right to substitute an appropriate vehicle(s) due to weather conditions, mechanical breakdown or other event(s) that may prohibit us from provision of that vehicle(s). In the case of client cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
While every effort will be made to locate and return articles that are left behind, neither Classic Wedding Car nor its representatives are responsible for any items left in the vehicle.
Rates quoted are based on the minimum time frame that a vehicle is chartered. A fuel surcharge may apply depending on the distance to the service area from where the vehicle is garaged. Overtime rates are based on vehicle type and are assessed on either an hourly or ½ - hourly basis. Our company policy is to assess overtime once 25% of a time increment has been incurred. For example:
If a Rolls Royce has been reserved for 3 hours locally for $600.00 plus gratuity and either ½ hour or 1 hour overtime is required at $100.00/1/2 hr or $200.00/hr respectively, the rates would be as follows:
